NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! We took the bus from Port Elizabeth to Durban on the 8th of June 2020 and it was disgusting! Right now we are dealing the with coronavirus pendemic in South Africa and there was no screening people, hand sanitizer was not offered getting on or off the bus. The driver did not care that some people were not wearing a face mask at all! No IDs was check to confirm.

The bathroom was disgusting, it looked like someone had a big Sh*T and wiped it on the walls.

The sets was dirty. The headrests was not clean.

After about 2 hours on the bus I was bitten by insects so bad the my half left body was swollen.

This is not acceptable and is a direct violation to my health.

I expect someone to give me a call, if not I will take legal action!!
