Shocking Service

Your bus travelling from KZN to Johannesburg broken down at Villiers. It was expected to arrive in lenasia at 07h00.

It is extremely disappointing that you cannot have your bus repaired due to *********** mechanics.

Secondly you cannot even afford alternate transport by allocating a bus from your fleet you boast about to transport these tired passengers that already sy travelled 8 hours and must still wait a further 4 hours without even being assisted.

Your toilets are of a state which will be reported to the health department
