Shocking & Disgusting Service Ever

Hello Peter, This was my first time travelling with Eldo Coaches and the service received was so shocking, this people just do not care, because they so prone to the complaints they receive and do no care because they know there will be other passengers of we have to take what we get because they cheap, as if they doing us a favour. Statics Show 56% rated the service 1/5!

We booked tickets with Eldo Coaches to leave to Durban on the 22nd September at 7:30am in the morning. Guess what the bus only came 08:20am...Whilst waiting for the bus with 3 kids and one baby, we called Eldo Coaches, Luci answered our call. She did not know whats happening or how to check on the systems where is the bus, i had to command that she called me as she refused to confirm if she was going to call me back or not. In our conversation on the call Luci told me the "bus is only 20min late"....Imagine! and if i was 20min late was the bus going to wait for me/us! she asked me to hold, upon her return she says, "Thank you for calling eldo coaches, how can i help you". She for got she was on the line with me. She then told me she has to call me back and asked me to confirm my number 8 times! Imagine! Luci didnt have an idea what she was doing and sounded very unsure on the phone. She called me back and confirmed what bus we waiting for....She called back again and advised there is a delay with the bus, and there is nothing she can do as long as the bus did not leave us, there is nothing they can do or nothing we can do...hahahahahahaha wow i was dumbfounded by that. i asked her to ask her team leader to give me a call back. she confirmed again there is nothing they can can do for us and her team leader is standing with her and confirming as long as the bus did not leave us. I told them i will be logging a complaint on Hello peter, Luci confirmed, "not a problem"

Buhle the team leader called back while we were on the bus, whilst i was explaining the inconvenience caused, she dropped the call in my ear and never heard from her again to this day! Because of the bus being late we had to sit in the bus and stop for 15min at a garage pass Montrose and that was it.....Eldo coaches not again with you guys and i will tell anyone who asks me about your bus or service, what a bad experience we had....Coming back was worse, the toilet door was locked, the air con was not working, the driver couldn't speak proper English, driving with brakes right through and only stopped to use the toilet once and had to beg the driver to stop at Montrose!!!!! Terrible, disgusting and don't care service received from Eldo coaches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
