SHAME on you Eldo Coaches

Honestly I thought expressing my frustration regarding the level of service I received from Eldo coaches on this platform would really help, but I guess not. Eldo coaches does not care about their customers nor even get back to us with feedback, when I call in I’m being sent from pillar to post. At first I wanted my money but seeing that won’t happening I decided to reschedule the same ticket to Feb but still they seem not to be interested in assisting me. They have 0 interest in customers or maintaining good customer service and they don’t care about their reputation as a business… Wow this is really disgusting SHAME on you Eldo Coaches 😡😡 Their call centre agents even refuse to provide us with their names 🙄🙄 no professionalism
