Service delivery

Dispite the fact Citi Express at OR Tambo let me down, I searched so hard for other transport, all the airlines where fully booked, I found that there was a bus leaving from JHB part station @ 11pm but I just could not reserve it, my urgency of getting to Durban and my fiance gave me the go ahead that she will drive me there (thank you babe) I got out of OR Tambo and made my way to JHB park station. I found a very long line in front of the eldo coaches teller, I prayed that I will manage to get a ticket and guess what, i ended purchasing the last ticket (Thank you God) and a special thank you to eldos coach, I'm in one of their single decker busses and it's so smooth, the drivers are friendly and neat professional. The bus is not equipped with loud speakers and televisions but its definitely for a cause because this bus was so quite because no one needed to raise their voices (very smart) I hope that I will ride with you again. You guys accommodated a lot of people today. Thank you for your service.
