<p>This is by far the worst service I have received. First time booking with Eldo couches and definitely my last time. The bus was scheduled to board at 23:00 from East London to Durban it is now 1:23 am the bus hasn't arrived. I have been calling and I mean been calling their call center and all I get is "nywi apologies the bus is on its way" who does that? Do they even know what customer service is? I'm annoyed to the highest.</p>
