Seriously bad service from Eldo Coaches

I had an incident on the 29/03/2019 with Eldo Coaches, which I reported to Eldo Coaches, submitted my claim and all the necessary documents the 6th of May 2019, I was advised it will take 28 working day to be processed. Today is the 28th day and I still have not received any feedback.
