Sad and angry client

My bag got ****** from the bus on the 19/12/20202. I've been making use of the bus ever since it started doing long distance. I'm so much disappointed in the service provider, the sad part is that they dont want to take responsibility. I dont understand how that happens cause eldo coach staff was taking out the back and checking luggage tickets. I'm starting to think that they are the one *****ing our belongings.
