Rude & pathetic customer service

Bus from Durban running late by an hour. No one notified either the client or family of client. When family member approached offices at Park Station to enquire. A very very very rude lady by the name of Elise said we must just wait cos they don't have the resources to phone every body....PATHETIC SERVICE
