Rude drivers and a every poor services

Poor poor service, i have not even te lack of response from them. I was threatened by a driver of bus who stopped te buss in the middle of te road and wanted to beat me up. He called with all the swear words you can think of. I am not really surprised because at some point my begs were ****** from their busses and they never resolved that issue. Ill take it up on myself to organize a campaign to alert people about te poor services. Anyone who wants to help please do
