******* Service and Broken Promises

To whom it may concern.

I am currently traveling to Durban through Eldo Coaches. Ticket number ACLH8801

First of all the bus was 1 hour late for departure from Johannesburg Park Station! I Booked a "Luxury" ticket and I say Luxury with VERY little enthusiam!

The amenities promised are non existant! There is no DVD player, no Television, the light switches and light itself doesn't work, the fan/AC doesn't work, the USB charger port DOES NOT WORK!!

The driver has been driving extremely slow making us a whole hour and a half later on top of the hour late departure and is blasting the most horrific music at what seems full volume!!

I am Literally DISGUSTED at the conditions we have had to travel in this hot box with no Air Conditioning and the pace we have been traveling at for the last 8 hours I wouldn't recommend Eldo Coaches to absolutely ANYONE after this trip! Nobody should have to suffer through these conditions not to mention all the LIES about their amenities!

I am going to to post every single detail about my experience on Google reviews to make sure no has to suffer through this again!
