******* bus service

I last used Eldo in 2019 as first time user then. 1). A year ago the bus was late and no communication was given to passengers. 2) Bus broke down a thousand and fifty times. Its 2020 with the COVID pandemic. 1). They want paper tickets. REALLY. 2). 7am bus only does not arrive and no communication. Then a small bus takes us from Pretoria station to Park station. WHY?? Nobody knows but we where told the bus is coming. The bus driver is rude and he is ranting about passengers making him later. Passengers had been waiting since 6:30am. *******, *******!!! NO COMMUNICATION NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Even a single star is too much.
