****roaches on Bus Coach - Health Concern

Dear Eldos Coaches

I write this email while on one of your coaches, departure from Upington (18:00) to JHB/PTA.

I am utterly disappointed in the state of this coach, upon the opening of the under carriage, colonies of ****roaches had ran out of the panel under the carriage that was open. Moreover, the drivers used hand sanitizer to "kill" the ****roaches instead of an insecticide.

It's common knowledge that such insects fester in warm and moist environments, however what I have even more deeply dissatisfied was upon entering the coach to find ****roaches everywhere too, myself and afew of your passengers were too afraid to put our food or snacks anywhere and had to resort to leaving my food on my lap.

Surely you strive towards good customer care and experience, I have always valued your service but today I am utterly disappointed.

I had tried using your WhatsApp line, but from previously being answered at pass midnight for a query I had at 17:00 in the afternoon, not mentioning the lack of response and long waiting times at your call centre.

I wish to have this issue raised and hope that it will be dealt with accordingly and be treated with sympathy as it is unhygienic, dirty and unacceptable.
