Ridiculous service don't you ever think of booking this bus even if it's the last one

This is the worse experience I have ever encountered. We booked a 7pm bus but waited till 9:30pm. When the bus finally arrived we were told it's full. We told to wait for another which we didn't know what time it will come. Finally it arrived at 10pm and poor sister who didn't have a jersey was already catching flue. Just to let you know if he ever get sick you will pay for recklessness and u human.
