Requesting a refund
I booked the bus from midrand to durban. 1stly the bus was late by 40 minutes 2ndly I booked eldo coaches however idube coaches showed up which was horribly uncomfortable. It is not worth what I paid for. I want a refund from this bus service of half the price I paid based on the standard of the bus. This feels painfully uncomfortable to travel in. I really want to sue this bus service
