Request for Refund

I booked bus tickets back in March for the beginning of April. Due to health reasons I had to cancel the booking which was done 2 days before the departure date and I called and also emailed them for a refund but till this date I haven't received my refund and when I call them I stay on the line for 30 minutes with no assistance or they tell me the system is down they will call back which they have never done.
