Refund Runaround

I booked a bus ticket on the 10th of May and requested a refund on the same day. After trying multiple times to get ahold of the call center I get through and I’m sent a form and I send the form within five minutes.

I haven’t gotten any feedback about my refund and no one knows anything about it and I’m given the run around. I have emails to prove I’ve been in communication with them without them replying.
