Refund query

struggling to get a refund on the trip that I have cancelled. I was initially told it will take 7 to 21 working days to get the refund. A month later I haven't received my refund even though I've submitted all the relevant documents, instead their numbers are always busy and when you visit their Branch to query about your refund they give you stinking attitude. Eldo Coaches I want my money before the end of 2022!!!!!!!!
