REFUND POSTPONED WITHOUT ME BEING INFORMED

2 weeks ago I called Eldo offices to cancel my trip and the guy who was assisting me explained the process which was fine with me then they were suppose. To send me the refund form but they sent me a form that was already filled O asked them to give me a blank one that alone took 3 days. Ok fine i filled in the forms sent them back on the 26th November no reply as to confirm the receipt of the forms. So today I called in to check if they received the forms they only told me that the refund will be done next year as in 2022 no more 21 days they told me about. I am very disappointed in them, I was fine with the 21 days but now next year, I need my money back now guys. I CAN NOT WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR!!!?
