REFUND OVERDUE FOR 6 MONTHS

Since March 2023 till to date am waiting for my refund. You're the worst bus company I've ever had to deal with. Your service sucks and your employees lack client approach. My last resort it to cause scene at one of your outlets. Am going to make sure no one buys your tickets when I get there.
