REFUND NOT MADE

i went to book a bus for my mother from Cape Town to Grahamstown at Checkers in Cresta. I then paid with my card but later my mother realised she cannot travel anymore due to unforseen circumstances so I then went to Park Station at Eldo coaches to cancel and the get the refund but i was told that i need to produce the small till slip from Checkers and I told the lady I dont have it then she told me that I will not be able to get the refund I will need to fill in a form and it will take 7 - 21 working days to receive the money. I did everything and I left. that was on the 21st of May 2019. To date we have not received any refund from Eldo coaches. I have been calling Eldo coaches and would be told that they will call me back since they cannot see my name in the refund list. finally on the 23rd of July i spoke to the guy by the name of LLoyd who requested my bank statement reflecting the transaction and everything was supp**** to him and confirmed that all is in order till now we have not received the refund. I find this very sickening rather pathetic from Eldo coaches. i need my money back
