Refund, my ticket was canceled in due time.

I have booked a bus ticket for my sister then later cancelled it early which means I'm due for a refund. I have been communicating with them on WhatsApp since April. I was given two emails and a form to fill for refund, to date I haven't received my money back. Poor service, infact very poor, they blue tick me and not give me any clear directions as to what's delaying my money to be paid back. No response from the emails I used to request for a refund 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
