Refund for tickets nina

Utterly disgusting service. Bought tickets on the 11th Feb for the same day. Got to the station at 16:30 for the bust that supposed to departure at 16:40. Saw busing passing as there were taxi owners in the place but was not aware of their war. Called their office and spoke to the lady that told me to rush to Umtata to go get a bus. How? From Butterworth to Umtata is almost 2hrs. With which money. Had to buy other tickets as I had to get to jhb. Went to the park station and spoke to elize, very rude don't even know how you call that a manager. I want my money back. Both three tickets which I want the refund for. You so used to reaping people off their hard earned cash
