Refund eldo coaches

I v been waiting for my refund since December 2022 which I was told will take 14 to 21 days... I spoke to chriselda and she advised what is required for a refund and I sent all the documents and information.. now when I email they ignore or respond after weeks telling me they have a backlog.. they are a **** and very unprofessional...
