Refund due, but no action or feedback

Supervisor are who authorize refunds are never available. Stalling game to not refund customers Aldo coaches has by far been the worst service provider, the previous review ive wrote about i never received any response from the company, with regards to my refund due. When i made contact the supervisor is not available. The refund was lodged in December to date no response nor feedback has been provided by the company.. Am beyond appalled on the matter.
