Refund Due

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the service I received whilst travelling with Eldo Coaches. Ticket numbers – PE to Cape Town AAS45203 AAS545204 Ticket numbers - Cape Town to PE AAS5201 AAS45202 A) I travelled from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town on the Thursday 14 March 2019 @ 21:45pm. – Bus arrived late a pick up point. On route to Cape Town, firstly the bus driver missed the Humansdorp stop and made a U – turn on the highway to back track. As we travelled to Cape that evening the bus was definitely experiencing engine problems, as it pulled over randomly to the side of the road in order for the driver to get the bus engine going again as it had failed. This happened three times. The bus was very hot and stuffy with a terrible odour in it. The A/C was apparently not working. At no point did the drivers bother to alert the passenger’s at which area or stop we were at. Due to time constraints as we broke down twice on route to Cape Town, I had to take the decision of getting off at a different point as I was going to be late for an appointment. B) Travelling back from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth on 15 March 2019 @ 18:00pm – Guess what the bus arrived VERY late again at pick up point – an hour later. The bus still had a terrible stale smell in it and was dirty and I even seen ****roaches crawling around. So bus arrives late due to going in for a service, which means same faulty bus from previous night was going to be my ride back to PE. The driver obviously had to make up for lost time and thus drove over the speed limit. Indeed it was the same faulty bus, because it broke down at 04:00AM on 16 March 2019 approximately 160km out of Port Elizabeth. No explanation was giving by the bus driver at any point as to why we are on the side of the road or that we have broken down and are now stranded. I had to arrange my own lift back home from that point as I would have once again been late for appointments linked to work. It cost me R1 600-00 in cash to get me from the breakdown point @ 04:00AM on 16 March 2019.
