Refund

I requested a refund from this company in October 2021 for their poor service and for the negligent drivers they had on the road. The customer services rep informed me that I would get a refund in the next 3 months; meaning that my refund would be effective in February.

Nobody from the company has made contact with me since October 2021, it is now June 2022. I would advise that this company is not be used by anybody reading this review. They have no communication etiquette and their consultants are just way too blasé when it comes to actioning requests.

I dealt with a Selesley Whittaker, who showed absolutely no interest in giving me a refund.
