Refund

I purchased bus tickets from Eldo coaches in February 2020, hoping to go to Durban in March. But due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I couldn't go there. Now the bus company do not want to refund me instead they want me to rebook. And at this point I don't see myself visiting Durban anytime soon plus I want to use this money for my other needs as I have recently had a salary cut due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Phindi Nkosi
