I booked a trip with this useless company. The bus was being repaired at 17h00 on 2022/06/13 and we waited until 23h20 with no further updates. The mechanic threatened to abandon the repairs and was vulgar to the passengers. The ladies at the office in East London were reluctant to make any efforts to assist as and the so called managers and call center stuff seemed to find our situation entertaining. I intending to let this experience be known across all possible social media platforms.
