Punctuality is their weakness.. I booked a trip with them from Umthatha.. They were 2hours late with no communication. Now I am standing at Park Station Johannesburg and again it is already two hours past departure time. Their staff are rude when you try to enquire how long the delay will take they are very rude. I have paid in full for a service which they have promised me but have now ****** me of my money and it is last minute now I am left with no choice but to be deprived of my right to make a better choice.
