Poor services lot of details with no explanation

This bus is just a terrible bus has a very poor service i traveled to Mthatha from Somerset west on the 22 December 2022 the departure time was 19:00 but the bus arrived at 21:00 with no explanation I arrived very late at home in a darkness i would recommend no body to use their buses again
