Poor services, Lack of vehicle maintenance

The bus was supposed to leave at 16:30 pm from Pretoria but only left before 6 pm. We got stuck and we waited more than an hour for the mechanic. The bus moved few hours and got stuck again at 5 o'clock since then they said we must wait for another but to take us. But we still here feeling cold, hungry late for work. Now it's 9 o'clock the bus is still not here.

It's really disgusting the way Eldo coaches treats it's customers. They have no care at all.They don't care about safety of passengers if they can put a bus that is giving problems on the road.
