Poor services

Eldo coaches have a bad service our bus is stuck at Graff rainett since 4am we still waiting on a mechanic to fix or assist us at 12pm they could have just sent another bus because we are now gonna arrive at our places in the night with no one to pick us up at the bus terminus I will never use this bus services again they are unprofessional they should check their busses before it departs
