Poor services delivery refund request

I booked a ticket of R750.00 (to Cape Town) that was supposedly to pick us up in Potchefstroom at 15 h45 to arrive 07h30 Cpt, and the bus only arrived at 18h00. The bus was full of problems like, no cellphone charging points, no study light amongst others. The bus had problems of starting or taking off every time it stopped to drop off and/or uplift. Now at 11h05 we stucked at Worcester drop off station. Supposed to wait for a bus from Cpt station to pick us up, with the estimated time of arrival unknown.... Im really dissatisfied with the services Eldo Coaches is giving me as a passanger, especially considering the price I paid to get to Cpt on time. They waisted my time... I therefore request a full refund for the time waited... Especially with the knowledge that I choose the specific time with the consideration of the Estimated Time of Arrival.
