Poor services

Eldo coaches they are the worse buses their service is very poor my child book a bus yesterday for today the 29 Novembet when she was at park station cape town she was told that her buse was for yesterday when she told them that she was not aware because she booked for yesterday meaning the cashier made a mistake and book her for 28 instead of 29 November they told her to book another tickets and they will refund her yesterday's tickets when we call the Eldo coaches call center the guy that answered the phone was very rude he even "said he can't deal with people who have high level of stress" I'm very disappointed with this poor services especially for the bus that deal with people everyday
