Poor service, No customer care

I'm riding one of your Buses from Durban to East London departed at 5pm ..and after an hour it stopped, instead of the drivers to communicate with passengers they communicate together and with in front passenger,

.we now stuck in a freeway and we will delay the arrival time to our expected places. Is this how you treat your Passengers? Because when I ask the driver instead he is raising his voice and , so rude.

Does the company don't have people to check your busses before they move from the Depot? Concerned passenger
