Poor service from eldo coaches service department

I had terrible experience with this bus, my bag was ****** frm their bus compartment in Kokstad. What's disturbing is to learn that I was not the first victim, but they continue to put our bags and not locking. They have promised to compensate me, all they did the asked me to fill a claim form and sent I back to them and I never heard from them again. When I try to call them they would act as if my line is to bad and they can't hear. The last stunt they pulled when I called with a different number as soon as I introduce myself and the reason I'm calling they just become silent and not respond I'd hold on a for minutes with someone breathing and eventually drop the call
