Poor service from Eldo coaches

I booked a ticket three weeks ago with Eldo, and today when I check-in the consultant is telling me that the bus is full. My experience with this poor managed transportation company is worse than I ever thought. Worse is that it is a late bus. At the reception, every minute there is person complaining with no help. I wish I had read reviews before because yah I have not seen any positive remark. Actually this company is not customer oriented, no value engineering to the client.
