Poor service

Booked the bus, fine. Then had to be at the stop on time, sharp. Then boom a message saying the bus will delay, everytime when using this bus, it gets delayed yet other busses dont. Are they using their own route than other busses nah? Their routes always has accidents. Yet other busses they always intime. Your service is ***, you dnt consider other peoples jobs, as long as you got the money you are fine, you dnt care about your customers
