POOR Service ever

They let us get into a bus that they knew was not good to be on the road 😒 I was very disappointed. And no communication to the passengers just it's broke now.I almost missed a holiday of a lifetime bc of them, the bus broke on my way to Capetown in Johannesburg,they sent someone to look at the bus we drove again then it broke again in Kimberly we drove 7 hours to Kimberly imagine all I got was a sms they need to look at giving either voucher or money back for their neglect poor poor service. Cocoroches in the bus charging ports nit working wow. I will never forget 03rd of May 2022 eldos bus ride.
