Poor service don’t use Eldo ever

I have never seen anything like this firstly the bus was late very late they sent us a greyhound to take us out of park station to a cripy dark unsafe place to change us to a very old dirty cold bus that we booked very early. I’ll never use it again and will never recommend it it was supposed to be a great trip but it turned worse..
