Poor Service

I have used this bus a number of times, through the recommendation of people and every single time I always get the same nonsense treatment. The bus drivers I have encountered are rude. My worst experience was today, when he firstly did not want to answer me prior to me boarding the bus if it was the correct one or not. I had to find out from other passengers. Secondly, THEY ARE ALWAYS LATE. I don't understand what the issue is and why they cannot communicate it to is when they are delayed. What is the point of taking our cellphone numbers then?? As if being late is not enough, they then proceed to keep us waiting at park station for another bus with other passengers who will be proceeding to Pretoria. Exactly what is the point of booking an early bus if I am syill going to arrive the same time as the people who left hours behind me?

Your service is extremely poor, I wish Greyhound buses were not allocated to you. They are the only ones who knew what they were doing.
