Poor service delivery and buses are not serviced as long distance buses

Bad trip ever to dbn. First bus was not in time supposed to leave 8:30pm but only come at 9:30 & leave park station at 10pm. 30 min later we are stuck when we just join N3 still in joburg. We were told the bus have minor probem technicians are coming to look at it. Its now 12:30am still in the bus no communication at all. The bus is so hot, put ourself with covid risk no windows or ventilators.
