Poor Service

We booked a bus from pretoria Station to Durban Station on the 2nd of Jan 2022 at 19:30. The bus was overbooked we had to sit and wait until 21:30 for the next bus. No one at Aldo Couches apologized for the inconvenience. To make things worse when the bus came priority was not given to the 19:30 people that you had to push to get a sit. Things do not get better as I am currently returning from Durban station to Pretoria the 13:00 bus was late and this time it is extremely slow and when it moves forward we are shaken. Some passagers are vomitting due to the discomfort we inquired with the drive He said that He did inform the Company however he was told that must drive the bus until something happens only the they will send him a backup. They do not care about their customers safety. I would never recommend anyone to use this company.
