Poor service by Eldo coaches

Really wasn't satisfied with the service ,the bus was 3 hours late ,there was a horrible smell. Imagine 9 hours in a stinking bus ,the toilet was worse it did not flush nor did the door work. Eldo Coaches has poor service we even tried talking to one of the staff members about it but they ignored us.
