Poor service by Eldo Coaches (bus services)

Made a booking gor 2 people fir 18 March 01h00 from Kimberley to Klerksdorp. Bus never turned up, no contact from Eldo nor did ANY of theur 24 hour contact numbers answer, so at 06h30 had to buy new tickets on another bus service to make out appointment in Klerksdorp. Have been trying to get hold of Eldo since the 19th March, sent emails and to date hereif, 31 March, NO response, contact ecplanation or refund. ELDO COACHES ARE THE WORST.
