Poor Service by Eldo Coaches

I booked a bus ticket online on Eldo coaches website that was scheduled 9:00 from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg on the 23 October 2020, I went at the pickup point at 8h20 their office is closed at Bloemfontein Tourism center. I did not worry much as I have received reference confirmation with a sms and and the deduction was immediately made after my bookings, When after 9h00 that the was was scheduled I started asking around about the bus from the security guys and they told me last Eldo bus that came left around 7h00 and I call the number on my sms reference and they told me that they have no bus scheduled for 9h00 and they ask me to send them a ticket, I forwarded a screenshot of a confirmation from the website with scheduled times for the bus and I started communicating with them via emails and in Friday 16:50 I got a call from Lloyd telling me that they have escalated my query and I will get respond over the weekend, Monday i started sending emails but no one is responding on my email nor taking my call, I requested my full reimbur*****t as their website is misleading people, this happened on both tickets I booked for my daughter leaving from Durban to Johannesburg, she her bus was scheduled 12h55 on Eldo website and when she got to the station a10h55 she was told that her bus is loading and its booked for 11h00, all I need is my money back I lost out on meter cash booking them for three trips.
