poor service and ****med

I bought a ticket for me and my wife so we can travel on the 29th of June 2022 at 20:35, I got a call from eldo coaches telling me and my wife that the bus we were to take had a problem and we were moved to the next bus which travels at the same time since they normally use two buses on the route from Kathu to Johannesburg. the caller even suggested that I should shift our trip to the 30th of June 2022, which because of my own reasons declined.

I waited for their bus on the 29th with my wife and my 3 months old infant in a very cold weather and their bus never came, we called eldo coaches and our calls were never answered, we received a message saying we shouldn't move from our departure point. we stayed there the whole night in freezing with a 3 months old. no communication and our calls were not taken.

travelled the next day 30th June 2022 with a private transport, I later on the day went to their office at park station to request for my refund and I was told by Elize Duarte "who was very rude" to call LLOYD CHETTY on *** or *** which I keep trying with no luck.
