POOR SERVICE AND RISK TO THE PEOPLE
A long-distance bus is overloaded and stuck in Hawick after Marisburg. These people have a law and annoying poor service. People are now hiking for lifts because of their faulty buses. If something happened to my sister or her goods, I will take legal action against them because I did ask the lady about the service. They said the bus will leave at 8:30 but they but left after 10:30, POOR Service... people push each other, I mean we are going to work, imagine loosing your job because of their nonsense bus. 22 Dec 2021, 08:05The drivers don't have airtime, they are asking the passengers to use their phones. People are stuck in the middle of nowhere since 6:30 this morning. The driver was aware that the bus was not in a good condition, but he still continued driving... This is not fair because these people are paid.
