Poor service and not serviced busses

<p>Cape Town to East London via PE 6 pm bus from Cape Town station has just made the 1st pit stop which they stopped for hour without letting the passagers know about what is going on and no apologies made too. If the coach is calling this a service then it's totally ****......and the bus is making a terrible noise it's like something loose hanging...
